FROM THE FIRST CONVERSATION

HOW WE
WORK.

Understand the business. Agree the work. Keep talking as it takes shape. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

A CLEAR WAY
THROUGH THE PROJECT.

An individual brief or an ongoing partnership, with the responsibilities and review points agreed around the work.

01

START WITH THE BUSINESS.

We talk about what you do, who you need to reach and what needs attention. Bring the problem, the opportunity or the early idea. You don’t need to arrive with a finished creative brief.

Existing work, customer questions and examples of what feels right help us understand the starting point.

02

AGREE THE SCOPE.

We shape the work into a proposal: the deliverables, costs, timing, responsibilities and anything the project depends on.

We discuss what content, access and feedback are needed from your side. If the brief changes, we review the effect on the scope before taking on the extra work.

03

CREATE. REVIEW. REFINE.

We develop the work with agreed review points. Depending on the project, that might mean a plan, a design concept, a shoot, a working website or campaign material.

Clear, consolidated feedback helps keep decisions connected to the brief. We agree who signs off the work and how revisions will be handled.

04

PUT IT TO WORK.

We agree the delivery or launch steps and the handover the project needs. That may include files, access, editing guidance or a plan for ongoing activity.

For a continuing partnership, we review the work and available performance information together, then agree the next priorities.

ONE POINT OF CONTACT. THE RIGHT SKILLS.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

7 Degrees is led by Andy McAteer, with associates bringing extra skills and capacity when a project needs them. Responsibilities are agreed around the brief.

Meet the people behind the work

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS.

Do we need a complete brief?

No. Explain what you need to change and what you already know. We can discuss the work needed to turn that into a clearer brief.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. We can discuss where you need direction, creative work or extra delivery capacity, and agree who is responsible for each part.

How long will the work take?

Timing depends on the scope, content, access and review process. We agree a realistic schedule in the proposal rather than give every project the same lead time.

What happens after delivery?

Handover and any continuing support are agreed in the scope. If you need regular marketing support, we can discuss a separate ongoing relationship.
